Here at Vetcelerator, we choose Google Workspace as our default email service provider. To manage Emails, always look for them in Google workspace first:
From here on, you can add, remove, rename and perform password resets to your email users:
To perform a Password Reset hover over any user and click on reset password:
After this, you will be prompted with the option to generate a password or create a new one.
It is best practice to generate a random password, when the user access their account, they will need to change their password.
